We act as data controller for personal data processed when you register an account, use the Services, or otherwise interact with the Website.
Where you upload a photo, voice sample, or other personal data of another individual through a prompt or otherwise, you act as the controller for that data, and we process it on your behalf as processor, in accordance with your instructions and applicable law.
Third-party likeness and voice
You are responsible for obtaining any consents required from third parties whose likeness or voice you upload.
This Notice does not cover third-party websites or services linked from or integrated with the Website. Please review their respective privacy policies separately.

The prompts, source images, or other files you submit to our AI video tools and the video content generated as a result (“Generation History”).
Images and videos containing recognizable persons
Where you upload an image or video containing a recognizable person, this may constitute special category biometric data if used for face-based generation, and we process it strictly to deliver the requested output.
From third parties
Where lawfully permitted, we may supplement your data with information from payment processors, fraud-prevention services, or publicly available sources.
Derived data
